Laboratoriyaning erishgan yutuqlari
O‘zbekiston turli ekologik-fitotsenotik sharoitlaridan tadqiqot ob’ektlari ishtirokda jami 42 ta senopopulyasiya ajratildi. Xususan, Tulipa L. turkumi turlari (Tulipa fosteriana W.Irving, T. greigii Regel, T. kaufmanniana Regel va T. tubergeniana Hoog) ishtirokida 29 ta senopopulyasiya, Allium L. turkumi turlari (Allium pskemense B.Fedtsch., A. oschaninii O.Fedtsch. va A. praemixtum Vved.) ishtirokida 13 ta senopopulyasiya (SP) ajratildi. Ajratilgan har bir senopopulyasiya fitotsenotik tavsiflandi. Qayd etilgan kamyob o‘simliklar senopopulyatsiyalarining yosh bosqichlari aniqlandi hamda ontogenetik strukturasi o‘rganildi. Jivotovskiyning Delta-omega klassifikatsiyasi yordamida senopopulyasiyalarning tiplari aniqlandi. Senopopulyasiyalarning demografik ko‘rsatkichlari (zichligi, ekologik zichligi, tiklanish indeksi, qarish indeksi, o‘rin olish indeksi) yordamida ularning zamonaviy holati baholandi. Senopopulyasiyalar optimal, pessimal va kritik holatlarga ajratildi. MaxEnt dasturi yordamida turlarning o‘tmishdagi hamda kelajakdagi areallari tahlil qilindi. Toshkent Botanika bog‘i hududida madaniy o‘simliklar yovvoyi ajdodlarining kolleksiya maydoni yaratildi.

O‘zbekistonning turli ekologik-fitotsenotik sharoitlaridan, madaniy o‘simliklarning boshoqli vakillarining 12 turkumga oid (Aegilops L., Agropyron Gaertn., Phalaris L., Saccharum L., Elymus L., Secale L., Bromus L., Poa L., Avena L., Festuca Tourn. ex L., Lolium L., Hordeum L., Alopecurus L.) 20 turi ishtirokida jami 98 senopopulyasiya ajratildi. O‘zbekistonning turli botanik-geografik rayonlaridan ajratilgan har bir senopopulyasiya fitotsenotik tavsiflandi. Qayd etilgan barcha senopopulyasiyalarning ontogenetik va vitalitet strukturasi aniqlandi. Har bir qayd etilgan senopopulyasiyalardagi tuplarning demografik ko‘rsatkichlari (zichligi, ekologik zichligi, tiklanish indeksi, qarish indeksi, o‘rin olish indeksi) yordamida ularning zamonaviy holati baholandi. Alohida ozuqabop (Hordeum bulbosum L.) va em-xashak ahamiyatiga ega bo‘lgan (Poa bulbosa L.) turlarning resurslari holati baholandi. Senopopulyasiyalarning zamonaviy holatiga oid olingan ma’lumotlar asosida optimal, pessimal va kritik holatlarga ajratildi. MaxEnt dasturi yordamida floramizda tarqalish areali kam bo‘lgan Agropyron fragile (Roth) P.Candargy, Elymus dahuricus Turcz. ex Griseb. va Secale sylvestre Host turlarining o‘tmishdagi, hozirgi va kelajakda tarqalishi mumkin bo‘lgan maydonlari tahlil qilindi. Toshkent Botanika bog‘i va Qizilqum cho‘l stansiyasi maydoniga madaniy o‘simliklar yovvoyi ajdodlarining (15 turi) urug‘lari ekildi. Poa L., Avena L., Bromus L., Aegilops L., Hordeum L. turkumi turlari senopopulyasiyalarining tiplari A.A. Uranova, O.V. Smirnova (1969) tomonidan taklif etilgan klassifikatsiya yordamida aniqlandi. Unga ko‘ra 40 ta senopopulyasiya yosh, 35 ta senopopulyasiya yetilgan va 23 ta senopopulyasiya o‘tuvchi tipga xos ekanligi qayd etildi. Senopopulyasiyalarning aksariyat qismining yosh tipga xos ekanligi, turkum vakillarining potensial urug‘ mahsuldorligining yuqori ekanligi bilan bog‘liq. O‘zbekiston florasida tarqalgan madaniy o‘simliklarning yovvoyi ajdodlarining 25 oila, 105 turkumga mansub 217 turining zamonaviy ro‘yxati shakllantirildi. Qayd etilgan turlar xo‘jalik ahamiyatiga ko‘ra: oziq-ovqat; vitaminli; em-xashak; dorivor; texnik; asal-shirali; manzarali, bo‘yoqbop, zaharli, efir-moyli guruhlarga ajratildi.

O‘zbekiston florasidagi MO‘YA larining Fabaceae oilasi 6 turi (Cicer grande, Melilotus officinalis, Trifolium pratense, Trifolium repens, Vicia kokanica, Vicia tenuifolia), tarqalish areali tor bo‘lgan Malacocarpus crithmifolius va kvota tarkibiga kiritilgan 6 turning (Althaea officinalis, Elwendia persica, Lactuca serriola, Malva neglecta, Mentha longifolia, Polygonum aviculare) 79 ta senotik populyasiyalarining zamonaviy holati tavsiflandi. Muhim dorivorlik xususiyatiga hamda resurs ahamiyatiga ega Cichorium intybus (20 gektar), Inula helenium (35 gektar), Inula grandis (110 gektar) turlarining 23 ta monitoring hududlarida zahira qiymatiga ega maydonlari va xom-ashyo zahiralari baholandi.
MaxEnt dasturi yordamida kamyob hisoblangan Cicer grande, Malacocaprus crithmifolius va oziq-ovqat sifatida muntazam ravishda foydalaniladigan Elwendia persica turlarining tarixiy va zamonaviy areallarini shakllanish xususiyatlari tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot obyektlarining urug`lari va tirik namunalari bilan Toshkent botanika bog`i va Qizilqum cho`l stansiyasi kolleksiya maydonlari boyitib borilmoqda.
